BBQ PANEER BURGER


Elevate your burger game with this delicious BBQ Paneer Burger, perfect for a quick meal or a weekend treat.

Ingredients:

  • Burger Buns
  • Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Paneer
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Cheddar Cheese Slice
  • Onion, sliced
  • Sugar
  • Italian Seasoning or Oregano
  • Seasoning: Salt and pepper
  • Butter (for toasting)

Instructions:

Step 1:
Toast the burger buns in butter until golden brown. Place them on a serving board.

Step 2:
Prepare the burger sauce by combining herb cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread this mixture generously on the top bun.

Step 3:
Layer the bottom bun with fresh lettuce for a crunchy base.

Step 4:
Add sliced tomatoes on top of the lettuce for freshness.

Step 5:
For the BBQ paneer steak, season the paneer with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning or oregano. Grill the paneer, brushing it with BBQ sauce while cooking. Top with a cheddar cheese slice and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

Step 6:
To make caramelized onions, heat a pan with butter. Add sliced onions and cook on low heat, stirring frequently. Once the onions soften, add salt and sugar. Allow the sugar to melt and caramelize the onions, then remove from heat.

Step 7:
Assemble the burger by spreading sauce on the top bun. Place it on top of the layered ingredients, cut the burger in half, and enjoy the flavors!
