Enjoy a creamy and savory Rich Mushroom Rigatoni Pasta that combines the earthiness of mushrooms with a rich sauce, perfect for a hearty meal!
INGREDIENTS:
- Rigatoni pasta
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Garlic
- Cream cheese
- Fresh cream
- Salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Oil (for boiling and sautéing)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Boil the rigatoni pasta in a large pot with salt and a little oil to prevent sticking.
Step 2: In another pan, sauté finely chopped onions and garlic. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar, cooking until the mushrooms reduce in size.
Step 3: Once cooled, blend the mushroom mixture with cream cheese to create a creamy paste. Set aside some sautéed mushrooms for later.
Step 4: In the same pan, sauté the reserved mushrooms, add the mushroom paste, and stir in fresh cream. Let it simmer, then mix in the boiled rigatoni until well coated.
Step 5: Serve hot and enjoy a rich bowl of mushroom goodness!
