Enjoy a delicious Veggie Thin-Crust Pizza topped with a creamy cheese sauce, perfect for any pizza lover!
Ingredients:
- Pizza Base
- Pizza Sauce: Tomatoes, Italian seasoning, chili sauce, ketchup
- Diced Mozzarella Cheese
- Vegetables: Bell peppers, capsicum, baby corn, onion
- Italian Seasoning or Oregano
- Milk
- Butter
- Maida (All-purpose flour)
- Cheese Slice
Instructions:
Step 1:
Prepare the pizza sauce by making an “X” on the bottom of the tomatoes and boiling them in hot water until the skin peels off. Peel the skins, divide the tomatoes into quarters, and blend them with ketchup, a generous amount of Italian seasoning or oregano, and chili sauce for balance. Reduce the sauce on high flame until thickened, then add chopped basil leaves.
Step 2:
Spread the prepared pizza sauce evenly over the pizza base.
Step 3:
Top with diced mozzarella cheese.
Step 4:
Add your choice of vegetables on top.
Step 5:
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning or oregano.
Step 6:
Cook in the microwave using the cafeteria option for 10-12 minutes, adjusting according to your microwave settings.
Step 7:
For the cheese sauce, melt butter in a pan, add maida, then pour in milk and add a cheese slice. Stir until melted and thickened.
Serve the pizza hot, accompanied by the creamy cheese sauce! 🍕🤤
